For Healthy Blood Circulation

We have adopted a modern lifestyle that is fast paced, more hectic and with a diet that includes the consumption of processed food.

People are getting sick easily. Many of us smoke or consume too much coffee, tea and alcohol, and are constantly under stress. Furthermore, we don’t get enough exercise and are constantly bombarding our body with chemical-laced processed food. As a result, our blood has become acidic.

When the blood is acidic, the red blood cells will be caught up with one another. The overlapping red blood cells are likely to clog up the capillaries and therefore, blood circulation and transportation of oxygen and nutrients to all body cells are affected, causing a decline in physical strength and health condition.

On top of that, white blood cells will have difficulty moving about as they are surrounded by these red blood cells. Thus, this will lead to a decline in the body’s immune system.

Based on this finding, it is clear that poor blood quality can contribute to hypertension, high blood lipid and other circulatory diseases.

In recent years, there has been a gradual increase in the awareness of blood purification. To be more specific, upgrading the quality of red blood cells and revival of white blood cells’ activeness are much needed as they are vital for the immune system and strengthening its defence against diseases.
